Order & MOQ
What is your minimum order quantity?
MOQ depends on the product family and on how much customization you need. Because we supply five families, mixed containers are often possible — you can test several lines in one shipment instead of committing to a full container of each.
Can I mix product families in one container?
Yes, for most combinations. Share your target list and we confirm which items can ship together, with packing data and total volume calculated before quotation.
Do you provide samples?
Samples are available on most ranges before container volumes. Sample cost is usually credited against the first bulk order.
Lead time & shipping
How long does production take?
Lead time depends on the product and customization level. We state production time in the quotation and confirm it again at order confirmation.
How long is sea transit to Gulf ports?
Transit varies by port and routing. We quote both sea and air options with clear Incoterms — FOB, CIF or DDP — so landed cost is visible before you decide.
Which Incoterms do you work with?
FOB, CIF and DDP are all supported depending on destination and your clearance preference. Tell us your port and we quote the workable options.
Technical & compatibility
Which phones work with the soil detector?
Android handsets and Windows 10 or later computers. Apple iOS devices and phones running a pure HarmonyOS build are not supported — please check handsets before deployment.
Are the LED fixtures suitable for 220-240 V supplies?
Key ranges accept 100-265 V input, which tolerates the voltage fluctuation seen on many industrial feeders. Confirm the exact model in the catalogue.
How accurate are the NPK readings on the soil detector?
Nitrogen, phosphorus and potassium values are calculated from electrical conductivity and are intended as an auxiliary reference. For formal nutrient analysis, pair field readings with periodic laboratory testing.
Can inverters match our local grid and generator?
Yes. Send your phase, frequency, nominal voltage and generator details, and we configure the unit for your site conditions.
Warranty & after-sales
What is covered by warranty?
Warranty terms are stated per product family in the quotation. Manufacturing defects are covered; physical damage such as a probe damaged by stones is not.
How does after-sales work in the region?
Our regional operation and maintenance centre handles bulk supply, spare parts and localized technical support across the Middle East and North Africa.
Do you stock spare parts?
Recommended spares are quoted with project orders, so maintenance teams are not waiting on imports during a breakdown.
OEM & customization
Can you produce under our brand?
OEM options including housing colour, logo, packaging and manual artwork are available above agreed volumes. Share your artwork requirements and we confirm feasibility.
Can parameters be customized?
Specification adjustments such as cable length, colour temperature and packaging configuration are possible on many ranges. Others require higher volumes — we tell you which.
Do you sign confidentiality agreements?
Yes. We routinely work under NDA for OEM and private-label programmes.
