Compatibility and handling — read this first
Being clear upfront saves projects later. These points come straight from the manual.
- Supported devices: Android phones and Windows 10 or later computers work out of the box.
- Not supported: Apple iOS devices, and phones running a pure HarmonyOS build. Check your handset before deployment.
- In the field: avoid stones when inserting the probe — impact damage to the probe tip is not covered.
- Do not open: never disassemble the sealed probe body. Contact SIRO technical support instead.
- App languages: Chinese, English, Korean, Japanese, German, Spanish, French and Russian included.

How accurate are the NPK readings?
N, P, K and fertility values are calculated from electrical conductivity and intended as auxiliary reference only. For legal-grade nutrient analysis, pair the detector with periodic laboratory testing.
What is the minimum order and lead time?
MOQ depends on configuration and packaging. Tell us your target quantity and whether you need OEM branding, and we quote with lead time and shipping terms stated clearly.
Can we rebrand the detector and app?
OEM options covering housing colour, logo, packaging and manual artwork are available above agreed volumes. Share your requirements and we confirm feasibility.
